Adam, Eric, and the whole group were professional, friendly, and quick communicators throughout the project. From careful budgeting and design through construction and the punchlist, the team and their subcontractors were clearly focused on doing things right and getting us what we needed, not just getting to “good enough." All projects have bottlenecks, budget constraints, unexpected complexities, and last-minute requests from the client (aka us), and the team handled all of those well. They also did a lead-safe demolition, since our previous garage was covered in old paint -- that was important to us. The project came in on time and on budget, and we’re very happy with the results.

The entire experience was exceptional - from the first meeting through to the final completion of the punch list, the team was professional, responsive, and attentive to detail. The project tracking software they use made everything, including budget, easy to follow and our Project Manager was extremely accessible and on top of things and the owners were available whenever needed. It never felt like we had to chase on anything. The quality of the work is top-notch and we had no budget surprises throughout.
